Health Consulting

Our Health Consulting is, first and foremost, guided by the insights gleaned from our Mortality Management discussion. Our approach to health is holistic. Meaning we evaluate fitness levels, nutrition, sleep quality, stress management and connection to nature. Your goals lead the discussion, and we will provide our expertise to make sure you accomplish them.

The Process

  • Thorough evaluation of health and fitness status (based on currently available information)

  • Recommendations for relevant evaluations and assessments

  • Educate on common preventable/treatable diseases

  • Expert guidance on how to navigate the healthcare system with your goals in mind

  • Individualized fitness plans, nutritional guidance and other recommendations to achieve goals

The Sessions

Goal Setting

  • Guided by Mortality Management

  • Realistic based on health needs and ability to commit time

Cardiovascular Health

  • We review heart disease risk factors, some you may have never heard of. 

  • Deep dive into why knowing your numbers is important and what we can do to improve them.

Metabolic Health

  • We review metrics of metabolism and recommend tests you do not already have. 

  • Deep dive into why the metrics are important and how we can improve them.

Physical Health

  • Are you as strong as you need to be to accomplish your goals? Are you in pain?

  • We discuss physical limitations and recommend tests to assess your current physical health.

Comprehensive Action Plan

  • Following this thorough evaluation, we provide a plan to improve, maintain and/or preserve health, in alignment with your goals. This plan includes recommendations for exercise, nutrition, sleep tactics, stress management and connection with nature.

  • We will discuss individualized targets for metrics in each of our three primary health related categories.

  • Discuss a plan for on-going conversations with your healthcare providers, so that no one loses sight of your goals.
