Mortality Management
Death, contrary to popular belief, is a part of life. As a matter of fact, it is the final part of life. We are are destined to die. You are going to die. The only relevant questions are when and how? These are not typical questions in that we are not seeking their answers. Rather, these questions guide the way we live our lives. If tomorrow was not guaranteed, how would you live today? If you could do something today to reduce your risk of dying of a specific cause tomorrow, would you do it?

Dare to Face Death:
A 4-Week Experiment
“Dare to Face Death” is a guided 4-week experiment that helps you confront your mortality in order to live more intentionally. Through weekly challenges, reflection prompts, and tools like the Mortality Map™, you’ll gain urgent clarity on what matters most—so you can stop drifting and start living with purpose, presence, and health.
This isn’t morbid—it’s liberating.

The (I'm)Mortal Club (coming soon)
If you enjoyed the experiment or want to dive right in, join the club. The (I'm)Mortal Club is a network of people who are all going to die one day, and they know it. The club was named as a play on immortality (the super power no one really wants, yet mortality is the topic no one wants to discuss) and the recognition of mortality we are trying to cultivate. Participation in the club will expand upon death mindfullness techniques explored during the experiment phase and integrate lifestyle habits designed to maximize fulfillment, both now and for the future, in a supportive group environment.

Personalized Mortality Management

If you would like a more individualized approach to Mortality Management, this is right for you. We still encourage people to complete the experiment phase first, but are open to starting here as well.
